Wanna know something cooool
So, way back in my olden high school days I used to be a huge Pandora user—I believe my old account was opened with an AIM e-mail… Then I bought a laptop, moved all of my music from my external hard drive to there, went away to college, and started using Last.fm. Needless to say, Pandora fell by the wayside and I soon became dissatified with internet radio in all together
Well, long story short, and I suppose in preparation for my car driving days in Berkeley next semester, I have rekindled my long lost relationship with radio in general. Yeah that’s right, FM and such! Plus, Bay Area has 10,473x better radio than the paltry selections of fuzzy stations one can pick up back down in SCV.
Well, I settled down last week to work on a project proposal for my Human Life Cycle class and lo, nothing in my library was suiting my fancy. So I took a chance and hit up Pandora. After tinkering around a bit and creating a collection of discombobulated and utterly shit stations, I discovered a new friend in the Indie Dance genre station!
I have only disliked about 3 songs in total but of course about 82.4% of the songs played are already part of my iTunes library. Oh Pandora, we just click. You know me so well but you’re not afraid to offer me a stellar recommendation every now and then.
Alrighty, what are you waiting for? Go listen to the station! It’s pretty awesome—just sayin’.
